Most organizations store
hundreds or thousands of records boxes. While it
may seem like a very simple process to setup some
shelving for storage, there are a great number of
details that must be considered to avoid wasting floor
space, simplify retrieval, and assure conformance to
codes and regulations.
Reynolds carries the
complete line of archives shelving designed for small
areas with a few dozen boxes to entire records centers
storing hundreds of thousands of boxes. We also
provide
barcode tracking
software to assure you will be able to locate
your boxes when you need them and dispose of them by a
regimented retention schedule.
As with all systems from
Reynolds complete design, installation, training, and
on-going local service and support are all included.
Kardex Z-Line Archive Shelving
Z-Line Archive Shelving is ideal for handling
archived office materials like accounting records, computer printouts, etc.
Standard size storage boxes fit optimally on Z-Line shelves to maximize space.
This shelving is also available in a Steel Angle Supports model which allows
record storage boxes to slide in and out of individual channels for complete
organization. In addition to archive shelving, Z-Line is also suitable for
a wide-range of other applications including heavy loads up to 2,000
lbs. per shelf.
Z-Line's steel framework combined with industrial
grade particleboard shelves (shelving may be ordered without particleboard
decking to allow you to use your own shelf surface) provides a strong yet
cost-effective solution to a wide range of storage requirements. Z-Line offers
numerous deck support options, ranging from a thin profile to maximize the
opening space to channel beams to support heavy loads over long spans. Choose
from two styles of angle post or an inter-
mediate "T" post, all of which allow
shelves to be adjusted
